It's happening!! Our first post on our blog is now posted. We would like to welcome you on our community so that we can share recipes, information and more updates on Tahini. As you may all know #Tahini is a very versatile ingredient and can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes. It is incredibly beneficial as it is a source of protein, high in fibre, it reduces cholesterol, prevents heart diseases, it is high in calcium, iron, minerals etc. Feel free to add your own info and how you use tahini to spread the word for this amazing ingredient.
